IS THIS PHIL’S LAST STAND?

It’s the next episode (week ten) of The Apprentice on the BBC and this time at least one candidate is facing the chop! Phil, who has been in the losing team all series has been told he has to be project manager for one team and if he loses he’s out.

For this task, they all headed for Chiswick House & Gardens in West London, where Lord Sugar told the remaining candidates, that the area was originally known for ‘cheese’ and his task was for the team to create their own vegan alternative to cheese. They had to create their own product, produce the branding and then pitch to potential buyers in just 48 hours.

In the other team though, no one was keen to put themselves forward and Rachel agreed because she was the only one who had ever tasted vegan cheese — although she’s not a vegan. Tough though as there are only three on this team.

Tre & Flo also struggled with branding but finally hit the brief — in their own heads — with Scrumptious Spreads. Blue and white, it didn’t say high end to me, though it did hit the ‘simple’ branding that was asked for.

With Foluso was still grappling with trying to make a curry vegan cheese sound and look appetising. She settled on Big Softie, triangle motifs and a big ‘V’ for vegan.

The video time…Tre starts rapping or singing…and words appear. Foluso was already going for it with her one-woman show and it was painful — talk about ‘resting bitch face’. It was more like a…
