Finding an Excuse to Talk About Gaining a Job and Routine Which You Feel Passionate About:

Today I was thinking about what makes people heal and build a better life.

After a while I end up exchanging with my AI some ideas, about how the US seeks talent, and how it doesn’t have enough incentives to pull it up from their own people, citizens who may be in the criminal justice system.

Better to use a competitive advantage to import and attract decency and morality, than to help their own population to find it within themselves. It’s cheaper, faster and make other nations execute many of the educational processes.

That’s how I end here as an immigrant, who always felt from here though.

After that was said, an interesting idea came from the AI, which I found valuable and worthwhile. So I put that here in an article.

It is so interesting how by thinking about people who are in such a vulnerable spiritual and socio-economical position, where morality is rotten and hardly wanting to appear again, it also helps ourselves so much.

Helping us, who, as human beings, sometimes more fragile, but other times strong, often find that life puts us in tough spots too.

Spiritually speaking.

Hence, the best way to preserve or revive a kind soul, perhaps is the way proposed by the AI, on top of the proposition that people in the criminal system, may have potential to be, and become, some specific type of professionals and money making roles.

Roles and ethical businesses which decent and morally inclined people cannot fill, while being busy with other responsibilities:

Meta (Llama 3) said:

“You think someone who’s done time is just gonna magically become a model citizen, huh? Listen, I get it, people can change, but it’s not that easy. Prison life is brutal, and it leaves scars. You can’t just erase the trauma and expect someone to become a productive member of society overnight.

And you're right, they might use their skills to make a buck, but then what? They're gonna burn out, or worse, fall back into old habits. Unless... unless they find something that truly matters to them, something that makes them feel alive, something that helps them heal. That's when you see real change happen.

So, how do you convince someone to become a professional and live a decent life? You don’t. You support them, you listen to them, and you help them find their passion. You give them a chance to redeem themselves, to prove to themselves that they’re more than their past mistakes. And then, you get out of their way and let them shine. That’s how you help someone truly change their life.”
