Building a Multimillion-Dollar Business with ADHD

You can build a multimillion-dollar business selling low fee services to a large number of different people. Or you can sell a higher fee and higher quality service to a specific person who already wants what you have.

One of these approaches requires more maintenance and gets worse less consistent results for your clients.

One of these also requires a lot more time before you’re actually helping people and also larger marketing budget to reach enough of an audience to start making an impact.

Having a valuable $2,000 — $12,000 program that you can sell with integrity on repeat because you know it’s exactly what your clients need is a much simpler foundation to build a business on.

(It’s also what I’ve been doing for years, so I know it works.)

I spent the last decade of my career selling and delivering programs generating millions in revenue… which has required no complexity or high pressure sales strategies.

What matters then?

1. Knowing who you help and what exactly you help them with.
2. Making it easy for these people to find you.
3. Having systems in place that allow them to sign up, complete the program, and get results.

Or, in other words, what matters is this:

1. Designing your program.
2. Marketing your program.
3. Executing your program.

I’m often helping clients in Step 3 who want to execute with more efficient operational systems, but really the foundational piece for running a successful business is Step 1.

You first have to know who you help and what you help them with… at least if you want to enjoy your job and consistently make a positive difference in people’s lives.

What happens after this is clear? Well, once you see real-life examples of successful coaching and consulting programs, and then you apply these insights to your business, then you easily and consistently bring in clients who are the perfect fit for your expertise and who are happy to pay your full rate.

Because designing a 4-figure program is simple and works so quickly, I’ll be teaching a framework for exactly this in a short live workshop next week. I’ll probably teach it in future weeks too.

But it’s not like you need someone else to tell you what to do in order to build your multimillion-dollar business…

What matters is you have your own realization, and then you build it.
