Shein
Shein is an uber-cheap fast-fashion brand selling clothing, shoes, and accessories for the entire family, along with items for the house, pets, beauty, and every other category imaginable. Shein takes to heart the adage ‘you get what you pay for,’ which usually isn’t much.
Items arrive a month or so after placing the order, often to the buyer’s disappointment. Made from cheap synthetic materials like polyester, the uber-cheap clothing oftentimes features defective sizes and designs that only hold up for a wash or two.
Shoppers expect low quality from Shein, but what about the company’s other practices that have come into question?
